Ghyll scrambling is possibly the most popular activity we do at the centre, with a variety of excellent venues within easy reach of the centre available, depending on the needs of the group and water levels.

Ghyll scrambling can take many forms; from rock hopping and climbing around easy rock pools for younger students, climbing up waterfalls with ropes and harnesses for the more adventurous or a fully wet-suited descent of a ghyll involving abseiling or jumping into deep pools.

Whatever the level of difficulty, the non stop activity, beautiful locations and challenge that a ghyll can offer make it an excellent choice of activity.
